Shipped nationwide to the cemetery. Markers 4 to 6 weeks, uprights 6 to 8, columbaria 10 to 12 after proof approval.
Setting in OH, PA, NY and WV
In those four states our own crews set the monument and file the cemetery permit.

Within 1 to 2 days we confirm your business details and set up your account.
Sign the Retailer Agreement
You read and sign it online. We countersign, and both of us receive the completed agreement.

Account holders who prefer paper can download the Order Form and send it through the paper-order form.

Where do I see your prices?
In the retailer portal at deepcarve.online. Once your account is open, sign in to see the price list. We do not publish prices on this site.
Do you pay referral fees?
No. Funeral homes resell at their own markup from our price list.
What are your payment terms?
Ordering and payment terms are in the Retailer Agreement you sign online when you open your account.
Do I need to keep memorials in stock?
No. We drop-ship direct to the cemetery, so you never hold stock.
Do you ship outside the four setting states?
Yes. We ship nationwide. Our crews set monuments in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York and West Virginia only.
Can I order without using the portal?
Yes. Download the Order Form and send it through Submit a paper order.
